For over four years, I have been a wedding assistant. Honestly, I love being a professional wedding crasher, and the perks that come with it! One major perk is tasting the wedding menu. This weekend, I assisted with a wedding hosted at Lake Affect Studios. The venue was very incognito but in the best way. My coordinator and I roamed the venue and discussed our game plan for the night. I randomly walked up to the bar to see the couple’s specialty drink. My eye brows raised when I saw espresso martini’s as an option. I wanted to be discreet and limit myself to one tasting. Well, that idea failed. I helped myself to two drinks, and they were worth every sip. While waiting for my first drink, I noticed the bartender using Kaulúa(a popular coffee liquor), and a swing-top bottle with a brown liquid( probably a concoction they created). Needless to say, my drink was amazing. I asked the bartender the name of their business. Surprisingly, she said that all services are provided with Lake Affect Studios. I am not sure how someone would try their espresso martini without attending an event but I suggest you try( lol) because 10/10 would recommend.
